Parent’s insurance pays first, then the club insurance after that. Fish Lake Ball Club will NOT be responsible for medical bills not covered by insurance. Parents are responsible for the transportation of their child/children to and from practices and games. In order for the ball club to function properly, it is necessary for parents to help. It may be required that parents work in the concession stand at home games.
